That’s what I sold in 2009.
This is what I found on CraigsList today:
Damn.

Not on Craigslist, but I found my old Subaru XT6 and apparently, someone fixed the dent on the front-left quarter panel with one that’s colored differently. It also doesn’t align properly.

I wasn’t able to find my WRX after I traded it in, but I started getting service emails from a smattering of dealers in New Hampshire and Maine in the last few months. I’m assuming that my email is still attached to the VIN after I had it in for a recall service back when I owned it (yeah, I gave SoA my email for some reason).
Based on the number of emails from different dealers I’ve received, and the fact that I got rid of it less than a year ago...my timing must have been perfect.

Yeah, especially the mod where they ran the amp power lead DIRECTLY OVER THE FUCKING NEGATIVE TERMINAL.

So, let’s spraybomb the coolant bottle so you have no idea how much is in it? Guess it’s the “see no evil” approach to dealing with a slow coolant leak.
Fresh-ish battery, probably due to the (presumably) half-assed stereo install (hey, let’s just lay the positive amp power cable directly on top of the negative terminal!) killing the old one.

I did found my Cavalier ended up with a local dealer after I returned the lease. My G6 the traded dealer kept the car, and sold it shortly after, never be seen again.

Ha, i found my B2500 a couple years back, and I think the new owner took better care of it. Also found my first motorcycle. - rashed up and covered in tape, but still on the road.

The plasti dipped wheels..... so freaking ugly. Also, that is a crammed engine bay! I do not envy the engineer tasked with packaging that.

I wonder if that scoop makes a difference?
I try to keep up with where my old rides are. I saw my bronco come back up for sale about a year after I sold it, guy was taking a major loss on it even though nothing major was listed wrong in the ad.
I do see my old TSX at outback all the time. New owner, a high school girl, is a hostess there. It now has a nice dent/puncture in the front bumper, like perhaps a hitch would make.
I see the f150 I sold pretty regularly. Kid who ended up with goes to the high school I pass on the way to work. He wrecked it a week after buying it, the family spent about what they paid me in repairs (I know this because the first mechanic they took it too was shady and they complained about it including cost on the community facebook page). Which is approximately WAY more than the truck will ever be worth.

I bought a car for $6k, sold it to Carmax for $2k because I got tired of dealing with Craigslist flakes when I tried to sell my Corvair, and then found it for sale for $8k. Apparently I made my ‘04 Grand Prix GTP BETTER!

Not on CL but I came across my old Jeep GC last year. It was dented and dinged to all hell. It was sad to see it abused.

I confess that I was never a fan of the body kit on the SVT Contour, but painting it black is not the right way to improve things.

My old MKIV GTI was on Craigslist about a year after I traded it in. They seemed to have done the repairs that I wasn’t willing to do. It started at $4k, then $3,7k.... $3,5k (what I had got for it).... $3,2k.... $3k...
Not sure what it went for, but it seemed like the seller got hosed.

I kind of miss my old CSVT. It was kind of a beater but I sprayed enough nitrous down its throat to make it faster than a C5 Vette, and it never once complained.

I hate you for showing us this. I love these and want to see every single one in perfect condition.
Edit: What price do they have on it?

I would bet its live was spent bouncing off the rev limiter and whatever terrible powershifting is, was accomplished , uh, terribly. sad day.

$2000. I put a Quaife LSD in the transmission, that trans alone is worth $1000. The rest of the car...not so much.
